Acumen Academy<\/strong> next to Open Value Foundation<\/strong> signed a collaboration agreement with the Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela University<\/strong> y Arcano Partners<\/strong> to promote the Acumen Fellows Programme<\/a><\/strong> in Spain. The project aims to train Social innovators<\/strong> who seek to build a more just, inclusive and sustainable world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role of Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela University in the collaboration will be to provide financial support for the programme, as well as to assist with training and actively participate as a judge in the selection process for these future leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its part, Arcano Partners will provide financial support for the programme and will actively participate as a judge in the selection process for these future leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Acumen Fellows Programme in Spain is a Intensive leadership development training<\/strong> which provides its students, through different Tools and practices<\/strong>, the resources needed for tackle the most complex social problems of our time<\/strong>. A team of experts accompanies Acumen Fellows at all times, delivering seminars divided into five main modules: debates on classic and contemporary texts, adaptive leadership, polarity management, storytelling, and systems thinking.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was born in New York in 2007 thanks to Jacqueline Novogratz<\/strong>, founder of Acumen Fund, the internationally pioneering impact fund. To date, have been developed three editions in Spain<\/strong>, of which have resulted 66 Acumen Fellows<\/strong> which are already part of the red global, which has over 1,200 change agents worldwide.<\/strong> It is estimated that, collectively, through the various initiatives led by each of the Fellows, more than 8 million people are benefiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
