But, above all, to listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the potential is already there. Andalusia has talent, fabric and purpose. What's needed is to join the dots. And that's exactly what happened and what our allies from&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nesi.es\/\">NESI Forum<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generate (another) space where investors, public administrations and entrepreneurs can begin to dialogue about how to build a better, more sustainable future together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the key moments was the panel of authorities that I had the immense honour of moderating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Different representatives, different competencies, different perspectives. But a common idea: public-private collaboration is not an option. It is the only way to achieve transformative results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There was also time to move from talk to action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the day, very specific lines were identified:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detect and support impact enterprises from the territory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connecting investors and projects more effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporate the impact on public policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boosting public procurement with social criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop impact contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And move forward in blended finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the impact doesn't just happen, it's built. And as a society, we have a lot at stake because Andalusia's challenges are numerous and complex:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Social and affordable housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rural depopulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education tailored to the real needs of the market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Young talent retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social and work inclusion of more vulnerable people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climate change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great challenges. But also great opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Open Value, we see it every day: Impact happens when capital, knowledge, and willpower align. And what we saw in Malaga is that this alignment is possible.
