In remote areas of Peru, children lack oppotunities to access education and young people have difficulties finding an employment due to the lack the technical skills demanded by businesses. The organizations that work to solve these problems do not work in collaboration, diluting the impact.

FST fosters and facilitates strategic alliances between different social agents (NGOs, companies, foundations, etc.) with common interests to improve access to education and promote vocational training for young people to find a job. By involving companies, they are able to offer the necessary training to access the available jobs, increasing the probability of employability.

Until 2018, FST has built 20 educational infrastructures offering education to 1,500 students, 91% of whom have successfully been employed, thanks to 14 strategic partnerships signed in Peru with different ecosystem agents.
